    when your flesh and body are spent.

    or turn my ear to my instructors.
14 And I was soon in serious trouble
    in the assembly of God’s people.”

Proverbs 5:21-23

“For your ways are in full view of the Lord,
    and he examines all your paths.

    led astray by their own great folly.”

    fear the Lord and shun evil.
This will bring health to your body
    and nourishment to your bones.”

    or walk in the way of evildoers.
15 Avoid it, do not travel on it;
    turn from it and go on your way.”

    I hate pride and arrogance,
    evil behavior and perverse speech.”

Galatians 5:19-21

“19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;

20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions

21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

Galatians 6: 8-9

“Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature [1] will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.”
